EIM Service So my project is done, now what? What if you didn't install my system?
Along with our 1 year parts and labor warranty on new installs, we offer an extensive array of preventative maitenance, service, and extended warranty agreements to add to any project. We want to be there for you. The systems, though easy to control, are complicated in nature and we want to provide an opportunity to have us on call without it breaking your bank. We will even service existing systems.
Emergency phone and on-call tech support service are also available for mission critical applications.
EIM believes very strongly in service centric business model. We will not install systems we cannot fully service for you. It is through our relationships that our customers receive the provided support that we can ensure that their needs for the future are met with high regard and satisfaction.

Our DVRs come in 4, 8,16, 32 channel platforms. With H264 compression and a design build that includes the duel-core CPU, ultra-fast video processors and 1000M Network card, image recording and transmission over the internet is seamless, fast, efficient and stable.
Incorporating a "user friendly" "help assisted" graphic user interface (GUI), configurable through Mouse, IR Remote Control, Front Panel or over a network, the EIM's DVR solutions are engineered for ease of installation, maintenance and general use.
The systems design incorporates an internal RAID storage feature that provides for full redundancy of all Hard Drives. These DVRs when used in conjunctions with Central Management Software (CMS), delivers to the user a highly flexible, centralized application that permits the viewing, management and configuration of networked DVRs from a single location over the internet.
